Wonderful Boutique Hotel with 5 Star Service
10.0This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the center of the Pest side of Budapest, close to many attractions and restaurants. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and the situation was handled professionally and immediately as we were switched to a different room where all was working correctly. The rooms are spacious and elegant and the daily wine and cheese (between 4 and 6 pm) was relaxing. The breakfast didn't have as large of a selection as other hotels but everything was excellent and you could order most anything you wanted. Service was excellent across the board but Jason in particular was exceptional and one of the friendliest, efficient and exceptional individuals we have run across in our travels.

Wonderful hotel in the best location.
10.0This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the world with a fantastic location, it is next door to St. Stephen's Basilica. The hotel interior is beautiful, the staff incredibly helpful and efficient. The bedrooms are excellent and the shower is lovely. The swimming pool and spa are so clean. The breakfast is high quality and the afternoon wine and cheese with live but unobtrusive music is a nice touch. Any issues or requests are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I would give 6 stars if possible! 100% I would stay here again.
