10.0This hotel is super clean and nice, with breakfast included. The staff are very friendly, though their English skills are limited. It is the largest hotel I've stayed in, and the room includes a bathroom. Additionally, coffee and tea are available.

10.0I was initially worried (after reading other reviews), and the place looked empty when we arrived, but I was surprised at how good this place is. Yes, it does have self check in, but many places in Iceland do this. The room was very clean. The shower was the best one I’ve had this week, and we’ve stayed at different places each night. The continental breakfast was amazing! It had much more variety than at an American hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was getting the check in code, but I blame Expedia for not forwarding it to me ( same thing happened at another stay).

2.0There is a self check in system and there was nobody to talk to so we couldn’t get our check in code. There was no way to access our hotel room. So if you are relying on sleeping here for a night there’s a good chance you’ll be stuck like us.
