8.0The location is ideal, right next to the train station and all the restaurants and shops. Room No. 5 has enough space to accommodate two or even three people. The air conditioner and refrigerator were very welcome in July. Giovanna, the host at Monteverdi Resort, was welcoming and helpful with everything. The hotel accepts both cards and cash.
− On the downside, soundproofing is poor; noise travels easily between rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. At check-in, Giovanna took photos of our passports. That was a bit odd—I was worried that it might be a scam, but then I read on the internet that it is totally okay in Italy. It's a rule for hotels.

− At vi ikke blev modtaget, da vi kom. Det var svært at finde, og vi måtte ringe for at finde ud af, hvor vi skulle ind i bygningen. Det ville være bedre, hvis værtinden var der ved modtagelsen om eftermiddagen i stedet for at være der om morgenen. Hun var dog flink og behjælpelig.

− The property doesn't have an easily accessible receptionist. It was annoying to arrive from a trip and have to wait to contact the manager to access the accommodation. I don't use mobile internet since I'm on vacation, and it was inconvenient. There's no internet in my room—a disaster. One day, my room wasn't cleaned. This needs improvement.
