8.0I liked the fact that he security showed himself whenever we came in late at night. Facilities was very quiet. Driving in and out the parking lot was not challenging.
Our stay at Monique's
8.0The room was good for the purpose of our trip however, they may want to consider amenities such as, coffee/coffee pot in the room, shampoo & conditioner. Also the phones were not open for us to make a local call. In addition, they did not have available toothbrushes and so on. I will say that the view of the mountains was lovely, the staff was friendly and courteous. We loved that we can get drinks available for purchase. Overall a good stay

4.0The accommodations in the room were terrible. The bathroom was very smelly and resembled a public restroom. They were no complimentary toiletries provided. The linens on the beds were rarely changed. The towels still had stains and lots of hair remaining on them. The breakfast service that was offered was very lack luster. Not enough food was provided and options were very limited; not worth the money. The only positive about my recent stay here was that the staff was friendly.
