6.0Beautiful ocean view but the hotel needs some attention. The curtains are filthy...covered in mold and so are the balcony chairs. The AC is super loud and it leaks. The closet in the room does not close properly and one of the hinges was on the ground upon arrival. We had to get new bed sheets on our first day as there was makeup on them and one of our pillows was dirty with what appeared to me to be a shoe mark, not sure. The breakfast is just ok and on one occasion the rice with beans smelled sour like it had gone bad. This is our second visit at this property since we had such a good experience on our first visit 2 yrs ago. Some construction taking place next door but it was not very loud, it actually did not bother us. There are some great things about it, the infinity pool is very nice and there is plenty of parking available and the staff is very nice. We like Wyndham properties and stayed at different ones around the world but it is likely our last time visiting this location.

8.0Clean, lovely pool, A/C in our room was super noisy, no table in the room and only one chair. Bathroom is very small and poorly designed. Not enough towels in room. Nice Oceanview balcony, but chairs are worn and coming apart. Great made to order Omlettes if you ask.
