8.0Location, parking, coffee shop on site
− Needs some work, had cracked tiles in the shower that were ready to fall off. A door opposite the ice machine had missing glass panels and card board in its place. Put some money back into the visible repairs that are needed to keep this hotel looking nice.

9.0Great location, plenty of room with the larger suite and ocean view was so nice from balcony.
− All was good no complaints, would note as just fyi no elevator so if on 2nd and 3rd floors for anyone older or not able to carry luggage something to consider
