7.0Patiko vieta, gan patogi lokaciją. Arti miesto centras
− Atvykstant nepranešė, kad raktų paėmimo dežučių kodus pakeitė. Teko stovėti su vaikais lauke 20min ir laukti kol atsilieps nurodytu tel.nr. Kodus atsiuntė po 2val, jau įsiregistravus. Mūsų kambario kėdės buvo sulaužytos, teko vyrui pačiam jas susukt, kad įmanoma būtu atsisėsti.
Okay but lockbox and phone issues are inexcusable
7.0Satisfactory facilities.
− The lock box. They sent us the wrong code to start with. Then their phone number was out of service. We finally located a different hotel managed by the same company, found their phone number and called them. That receptionist was able to reach someone who sent us the correct code. But even then we struggled with lockbox 7.
Ok, but they need a renovation.
7.0The location is great! Therefore good value for money.
− Pictures are better than actual hotel. The place needs renovation, cabinets are old, there was a wierd smell. But overall ok in terms of tidyness.
