1.0للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق. الغرف قديمة جدًا، وتفوح منها رائحة الرطوبة، وكذلك الممرات كانت مليئة بالرطوبة والعفن. حجزت 3 غرف، وإحدى الغرف كان المكيف فيها يسرّب الماء، مما اضطرنا لقضاء أول ليلة متكدسين في غرفتين بسبب المشكلة. مدير الفندق وعدني بالتواصل معي في اليوم التالي بشأن التعويض، لكنه لم يفِ بوعده ولم يرد عليّ. الموظفون في الاستقبال كانوا ودودين، وعمال النظافة كانوا لطفاء جدًا، وهذه كانت النقطة الإيجابية الوحيدة. أما الفطور فكان مخيبًا للآمال؛ يقتصر على 4 خيارات فقط، وجميعها أطباق صينية لا تناسب المسلمين أو العرب أو معظم الجنسيات الأخرى. كذلك موقع الفندق غير مناسب، فهو في منطقة صناعية، ويبعد عن أقرب محطة مترو حوالي 10 دقائق مشيًا. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة غير مرضية، ولن أكرر الإقامة فيه.
− أكيد، هذا تقييم احترافي وواضح باللغة الإنجليزية: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very old and have a strong musty smell. The hallways also smell of dampness and mold. We booked three rooms, and one of the air conditioners was leaking water. As a result, we had to spend our first night squeezed into two rooms because of the issue. The hotel manager promised to contact me the next day regarding compensation, but he never followed up or responded. The only positive aspect was the staff. The front desk employees were friendly, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were only four set meal options, all of which were Chinese dishes that are not suitable for Muslims, Arabs, or many other international guests. The location is another downside. The hotel is in an industrial area, and the nearest MTR station is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again.
