En general buen servicio.
10.0En general, muy buen servicio, solo tuve unos detalles: en limpieza el baño tiene un poco de moho y no hubo suficientes toallas de baño además de que las toallas de mano estan un poco asperas. Con respecto al desayuno tardaron muchísimo en entregar los alimentos.

6.0La reserva estaba hecha por una habitación con aire acondicionado, nos pretendían dar una sin esa amenidad. La persona encargada en la tarde-noche está poco involucrada en los procesos internos del hotel ya que no podía resolver. Nos advirtió que, aunque tuvieramos necesidad de utilizar el baño si lo hacíamos se nos iba a cobrar la noche, siendo que el error de asignación no era imputable a nosotros. El mobiliario y las amenidades son antiguas y algo descuidadas.
