10.0My stay at Lazzoni Hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making us feel completely at home. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Murat for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and willing to help, and he played a big part in making our experience so memorable. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their warm welcome and outstanding service. I highly recommend Lazzoni Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely be coming back. 10.0One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding hospitality. The hotel facilities are excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff. After arriving on an early morning flight at 7:00 a.m., I was pleasantly surprised when the team graciously prepared my room, allowing me to check in by 8:00 a.m. They even invited me to enjoy breakfast at no additional charge—a thoughtful gesture that was deeply appreciated. One of the hotel's unique features is its own boat, available as part of its tourism offerings, something you seldom find at hotels anywhere in the world. Whether you're planning a short stopover or an extended holiday, this is a destination I can confidently recommend. The concierge team is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging local tours and experiences, making it easy to explore the area with confidence. Outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a memorable guest experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
