1.0The pool was filled in and overgrown, people had their laundry hanging outside of their rooms, guys were working on cars in the parking lot. The office was filthy.

4.0A/C worked well. Sheets were nice.
− Toilet wobbled, water brown, stayed 2 nights and no one even changed out our used towels...had to ask, all pillows were supper thick instead of offering at least 1 different thickness so it hurt my neck
