Picky, responsible guests stay at a dirty, broken down condo
6.0The condo had a lot of issues. There was a used toilet seat inside the closet blankets had stains on it. The washer and dryer was broken, and the host told us to use it anyhow even though it was a fire hazard. The host called me picky but I took pictures of everything. There was a broken bed there I don’t recommend it.

Other then a few updates needed they condo was great!

− Needs some updates and work. Dryer has zip ties and furniture needs some attention.
Not a good stay this time around

− Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation. Once they found reservation I was told they made a mistake and would have to put us in another room and move us to our original room on Sunday, the next day. Once I got there to check in I was told everything was situated and we would not have to move out the room they gave us. Once we got to room, it was not the same room type I booked, floor looked like it was mopped in greasy water and it was slippery along with empty chip bags were still laying on the floor in the corner. This is our third time my family has stayed here and we were not satisfied this go round.

4.0One of the toliets broken. Maintance did fix the next day. Popcorn kernels left from past guest on kitchen chair and balcony. Had to go to check in to get trash bags and was only given one.
