1.0− The person who met me was rude once i said i had a pet, though it says it welcomes pets..once i entered my very small room, I turned the ac on, it worked for 20seconds and then stopped...the toilet paper in the bathroom looked like it had sat in water (or who knows what else) left to dry and then left there for guests. The doorknob and lock to the room was loose, and the door was all scratched up, there was a hole in the bathroom wall from the doorhandle...I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe..I used the washroom then packed my things and left, because I felt safer and more comfortable driving all night than staying there. I felt like just because I had a pet dog (an 8lb minpin) I was given a terrible and gross room, unless every room is like that, and I payed an extra $30.00 for having a pet just to be given terrible service and a room that was gross...Do not stay here!
Below average, I would not recommend and I will not return.

− the manager was always harassing me telling me where to park and who not to talk to and he even told me dont come back i had a little car trouble and threatened to have my truck towed i will never go back there he was very rude i would not recommend anyone to stay

− I have 2 service dogs for my PTSD and the manager was still trying to charge me a pet fee. The royal inn website stated the pet fee is supposed to be waived due to the service animals
