8.0Location is good. It is spacious and decent looking.
− Had to change rooms due to a lock issue. Entryway into lobby is confusing. The space where the door opens is poorly planned. Shower faucets are not labeled and very difficult to get a usable water temperature dialed in. Parking lot is very cramped.
Our favorite place in all of Eureka Springs!!
9.0Amazing vibes-we felt so welcomed and safe! The live music and food and drink were all excellent. The pool was wonderful with so many friendly people to meet!
− The carpet in the rooms has got to go. The grounds and decor are so beautiful and those poor old stinky carpets really drag the rooms down.

7.0Staff we're all amazing. The restaurant and bar was good but expensive and not enough servers so we had to wait quite a while for our drinks at times. Our bathroom wasn't the best, hair was left on the bathtub and the towels were not great. The bed and pillows were also pretty old and flat. I woke up very sore in the morning. Probably won't stay again

− Dog safety - as a hotel that advertises for being welcoming to dogs, they have metal grated stairs. See through might I add. What dog place has see through stairs with holes.
