9.0Staff were very helpful, room was huge for New York. Very clean, good value for money. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, including turning on the dishwasher while we were out so we had clean dishes when we came home in the evening. They made a big fuss over my birthday with a cake and gift left in our room. Location was great for the financial district.
− The kitchen could have been better equipped with pots and pans and the oven was quite slow to heat.

− It’s great! Just advice: be aware of hotel entrance as it’s connected to another hotel. Take the correct elevator and if you go to the basement gym list don’t take the wrong elevator back up as you’ll end up at the top floor at a fancy hotel bar.
