8.0We had a wonderful stay at this residence. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent – just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay .
− The only downside was the neighborhood. One evening we had an unpleasant incident with a woman who appears to have mental health issues and lives right next door to the property. She suddenly started shouting at us and even threw a cookie at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We understand that this happened outside the residence and is not directly the property's fault. The management of the residence apologized to us for the incident, which we really appreciated. However, as she lives literally next door and guests have to pass by her every day, it could affect their sense of safety if similar situations happen again. We hope the management is aware of this issue and can do something to help ensure guests feel comfortable and safe during their stay.

Breve ma bellissima vacanza
9.0Posizione eccezionale, situata a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e in zona ben servita da supermercati e vari negozi. Il corso principale è anch'esso facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è ristrutturato, moderno e soprattutto molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (stoviglie,sapone piatti, macchinetta caffè ecc ) e condizionatori in ogni stanza E' presente un parcheggio convenzionato (a pagamento ) a 400 m con pulmino gratis. Il personale è gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza o consiglio.
− L'assenza di uno spogliatoio/bagno comune (anche se di questo sono stato avvertito in anticipo) necessario per potersi cambiare e mettere un costume per andare in spiaggia in quanto sono arrivato di mattina e la camera era disponibile solo dal pomeriggio: problema risolto con difficoltà in un bar nelle vicinanze
