− Izby boli trocha menšie, bez balkóna. Ale vy nahradila to pekná terasa.

7.0Es ist ein sehr schönes Schloßhotel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und haben Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren seltsamerweise fast allein im Hotel. Guter Anschluß zur Seilbahn, die direkt in das Zentrum von Marienbad führt.
− Es gibt eine Pool, den man leider im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels nur gegen Aufpreis benutzen kann. Ich denke, der Preis für das Hotel ist teuer genug, dass auch der Pool inklusive sein sollte. Ich wäre gar nicht auf die Idee gekommen, daß dieser extra kostet. Der Pool war u.a. Grund, daß wir das Hotel gebucht haben. Die Dusche im Zimmer ist sehr schön, aber die Düsen von den Extras sind so verkalkt , daß dort gar kein Wasserstrahl rauskommt. Durch diese Armatur wird die Dusche sehr klein, sodaß man auch als schlanke Person kaum Platz hat. Für so ein prunkvolles Hotel hätte ich auch auch einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer erwartet.
