10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Hyatt Centric South Beach! From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The restaurant and pool service truly deserve special recognition. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and the pool area had a great atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The hotel was spotless, with exceptionally clean rooms and common areas. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The overall vibe of the hotel is modern, stylish, and welcoming. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Beach!
Great Room / View!
10.0Spent 6 days at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. A strong choice for someone who prioritizes a nice room over a nice lobby/pool. Pros included (1) nice views, (2) great location, (3) well appointed bedroom and bathroom, and (4) ability to use the gym at the neighboring Loews. Cons included (1) we were not able to check-in at the 4pm despite that being the check-in time and being told we could do so, and (2) while there is a pool, it is not as inviting and expansive as some other hotels.

10.0Went for our anniversary. It was close to the beach and in the middle of all of the hubbub. Ice cream and coffee shop close as well!

10.0All the staff are very helpful and friendly. From everyone, I mean all from receptionist, the managers and breakfast team, all the to all 3 concierge team… excellent team. Hyatt centric is really located in the very hot spot of Miami Beach. All but excellent hotel. I stay in many hotels, this is one of the best.
Great location and very nice hotel
10.0Great small hotel with clean rooms and very spacious bathrooms and huge windows with nice views. Location - EXCELLENT! Walking distance to all main Miami Beach attractions, very close to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are included to all hotel guests, umbrellas are extra $35. They also have complimentary bikes, which we will try next time :)) Hyatt never disappoints 👌
