10.0Magnifique hôtel, familial, propre, chambres espaces, personnel très agréable et chaleureux
La perfection sur tous les points!
10.0Nous avons eu l’immense surprise en arrivant d’être surclassé dans l’hotel de la même chaîne juste à côté mais 5 étoiles. Le Tui blue Tarida.. et je n’ai pas les mots tellement c’était une merveille et une chance d’y séjourner! Parc aquatique pour enfants, service impeccable, propreté, délicieux buffets, cocktails délicieux, glaces à volonté, personnel très sympa. Cet hôtel fait vraiment penser aux îles de l’océan indien avec sa végétation et sa décoration merveilleuse! On se croyait de retour aux Seychelles ou l’île Maurice. Je mettrais un 11/10 si c’était possible! Merci pour ce cadeau!
− Si il fallait dire une seule chose négative ça serait la piscine qui pourrait être chauffée en octobre, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché d’en profiter.

10.0Je suis extrêmement déçue et mécontente de cette expérience ! Nous avions réservé nos vacances en famille dans le but de passer un agréable séjour tous ensemble. Or, ce n’est que le jour du check-in que nous avons appris que nous serions logés dans deux hôtels différents ! Nous avons été placés dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, tandis que les autres membres de notre famille se sont retrouvés dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je trouve cette situation totalement inadmissible et inacceptable ! Nous aurions dû être informés de ce changement bien avant notre arrivée. Lorsque l’on réserve des vacances en famille, c’est pour être ensemble, et non pour être séparés dans des établissements différents. Cette mauvaise organisation a gâché une partie de notre séjour et nous a causé une énorme déception. Je trouve ce manque de communication et de considération envers les clients absolument regrettable !

10.0Lovely location close to beach. Excellent large room. Wide range of food to suit all tastes. Plenty of sun beds and loungers.
− The dining area felt a bit like a school canteen, but we ate on the veranda which was lovely.
Not worth the money, very dated basic rooms, rude staff
2.0Great location next to a gorgeous beach but not many shops nearby
− The rooms were awful, hospital style beds, dirty old sofas and very basic amenities. The night staff on reception were incredibly rude not us and heard the same guy shouting at a guest who wanted to order a taxi. Would not return
