Schöne Unterkunft , aber beim aussehen bleibt es auch.

− Die Zimmer extrem heiss und unbequeme Betten . Schlechter Zimmer Service. Schlechter Wartungsarbeiten wie bei: unserem Fliegenschutz war einmal kurz runtergefallen . Also nur die schnurr gerissen Da wir aber ohne Leiter nicht dazu kamen . Mussten wir halt bei der Rezeption nachfragen . Sie brauchten im Gesamten 48 Stunden. Der Pool hatte nur 4 liegestühle . Zudem gabs für diese ein Polster sowie bei den Beach Stühle. Manche Tagen gabes keine . Manche Tage erst um 12:00 manche um 10:00. Auch bei den Handtücher musste mann manchmal 2 Stunden warten . Wer will zwei stunden warten bevor man baden kann. Allgemein musste mann viel Warten . Sie hätten überall Getränke und Essen Serviert aber ausser am Restaurant würde man besser Lotto spielen als auf Getränke hoffen . Und beim Restaurant musste man auch jedes mal sich bemerkbar machen damit man etwas zu Trinken bekommt. Das war jetzt nur ein Teil unser eindrücke. Sieht alles gut aus aber beim Service... Und sachen die man nicht sieht eine pure enttäuschung das Personal ist wahrscheinlich lieber am Handy als sich ums Personal zu kümmern.

8.0− La cama,muy incomoda . Los precios del restaurante un poco elevados .3000 colones por una mini taza de café. Entre otros. El personal todo completo es demasiado pura vida ,el guarda de la noche es super servicial y la recepcionista tambien.

8.0- Tolle Lage. - Sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben sogar einen Cacique-Schnaps aufs Haus bekommen, als das Deutschland-WM-Spiel stattfand.
− - Die Villa ließ sich nicht komplett verschließen. - Der Türcode ist einfach zu erraten und entsprechend unsicher.
