− A private bathroom is not a shared bathroom or a bathroom next to the kitchen. It was hot and we sweated most of the night with the fan on high and window open. Breakfast was okay but heavy.

10.0Spacious very nice & comfortable accommodations including outdoor sitting space. Enormous ( shared) kitchen in the secondary house. Beautiful peaceful area. Nice people both staff and other guests.
− Odd animated lit up sign for the horse riding place on all night. Not a big deal but kind of broke the spell of the ambiance. Why is it on in the middle of nowhere?
Next time I’m in Pagosa Springs, I will be staying at Elktrace B&B.
