10.0My stay was almost perfect and I enjoyed it, except that (1) there was some problems in reservation and I had to wait a little upon check in, but a lady in the front desk solved the problems and it was a minor issue, (2) the hotel mistakenly refund my hotel fee in full, and I have not been able to pay for my stay, which I enjoyed very much and which I want to pay.

8.0The elevator suddenly shutdown while going up to our room. No bidet inside the toilet and the shower is sprinkling small amount of water. So, I had to ask for a pail and basin but only the former was provided. Overall, my stay there was worth the price I paid for. The staff were very accommodating.
