8.0Nothing unique. Managers very friendly. Rooms very clean. Comfortable bed. It is quite tired, but owner had recently passed away & brother is managing it at present.
Old and tired, dirty bedding
4.0I dont like leaving poor reviews, however when we arrive to stained duvets with no covers, i dont feel it is fair to other customers not to be honest. The positive is that checking on after hours was really easy and efficient, including parking. Going into the room, things started to deteriorate. The rooms are very basic and tired looking. Surely clean bedding is a minimum? The windows stop absolutely zero noise and there is a lot of it in the early hours. Some of the reviews must be faked as theg do not reflect the experience we had

6.0Property not anything like pictures on Expedia site. We paid extra to use a room that was part of the apartment. The whole building vibrated when children ran past. Stairwells were unclean and partly rotten handrails. Folded linen laying around laundry in pot plant, that was assumed belonged in the rooms. Definately not worth what we paid.

8.0Clean, basic and functional- great place as an overnight stop on our way to Lady Elliot. Beds are super comfortable and showers great as well. Convenient location not far from some nice restaurants and bars.
