9.0Staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them and talking to them during our stay. Our grandson loved the pool and spent a great deal of time every evening just playing in the water. Room was clean and comfortable which was great after spending the day exploring the Smokies. Not much noise from the street at night. Our grandson liked the cookies and popcorn from the office. Would definitely stay here again!
