9.0Great location, brand new , only 2 months since major renovation. And enjoyed the breakfast!
− The whole parking lot was stones. Therefore, I could not roll my suitcases. I’m a senior citizen and it was hard to carry the heavy luggage from the car to the room. And, my husband couldn’t use his wheelchair. Also, there is only 1 nightstand by the bed. There really needs to be one on each side to hold water, your phone, Kleenex etc. I understand they have barely finished remodeling so these are just suggestions.
Overall, this was a clean, modern, and conveniently located property with beautiful ocean views.
8.0This was a nice place to stay, especially if you want easy access to Provincetown without being right in the middle of the busy downtown area. We were attending a performance at the Town Hall theater, and the hotel was less than a 10-minute drive away, making it incredibly convenient. Our room was spotless and modern. I appreciated the hardwood floors, which I prefer over carpeting. The room also included a microwave and mini refrigerator, which were a nice convenience. We enjoyed having dinner on our private deck while taking in the beautiful ocean view. Although we didn't have a chance to use the pool, it looked very well maintained. The complimentary continental breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, tasty options.
− The only drawbacks during our stay were that we were mistakenly assigned a room with one king bed instead of the two-bed room we had reserved. Since I was traveling with my teenager, this wasn't an ideal situation. Additionally, while we appreciated having air conditioning available, the unit was very loud. Fortunately for us, the temperature dropped into the 60s that evening, so we were able to turn it off and sleep without the noise.
We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend.
