We were miserable.
2.0NOTHING! No breakfast. Pool closed. Carpet filthy. Only one usable chair. Fireplace broken. No other heat source. One set of stairs blocked. The other set in very poor condition. NON REFUNDABLE

− The bed was a little firm The room was a little too warm. Couldn't shut the fireplace completely off Had to open the windows and turn on fan to cool off

1.0− The room is not kid friendly. Tv didn’t work. Toilet paper fell off the wall, caulking, missing and bathroom tiles, broken noisy people upstairs all night kids partying outside the window very not good experience. Couldn’t see out the windows with a Bayview.
Loved that is was dog friendly. So close to the beach. Beautiful view. Soaking tub in the room was fantastic. Great pric

− Did find the pervious guests fake eyelashes. Pillows were also very flat and slightly uncomfortable.
Worst disappointment in a stay, come for the no pool, leave early for the broken everything!
1.0It was, in fact, by the ocean.
− There was no pool or hot tub as stated in the listing, not enough parking for everyone staying, dirty rooms, broken and worn out everything, I couldn’t safely use the shower due to disrepair, couldn’t close the balcony door, couldn’t trust broken balcony, beach access was down many sets of perilous stairs I couldn’t use, rooms were not those in the pictures.

1.0The property was fine but the pool was out of service they failed to tell us that before traveling from our home town. Then we were sent to a community pool and we waited 2 hours to get in only to find our only 2 of us could swim so we had to choose between one of my kids and one of us adults. Also we only got a 20 minute window to swim because we waited so long before closing time.
− This used to be our go to place with our family but after this I don’t know.
