− It was a huge turn off seeing women walk around the floors in diapers, drainage equipment and in body tights similar to compression tights. I'm assuming they had surgery which isn't bad but keep it in their personal rooms and not for me and all the men traveling with me to see. No cover up, no robe. It happened a few times during our 1 day stay.

− La habitación era para 4 personas (dos adultos y dos niñas) y solo nos dejaron 3 toallas y el hotel no tenía mas toallas. Tuvimos que salir a comprar una toalla. El recepcionista (Alexander) fue muy grosera su actitud al tratar, poco colaborador y aunque hablamos perfectamente ingles, considero que una persona que trabaja para una empresa de turismo (Hotel) debería saber al menos otro idioma y no ofenderse porque se nos escape una pregunta en español. Es Miami, es Kendall, es normal, pensar que un recepcionista de hotel, hable también en español.
