− The sketchy walk ways n steps .. The addicts and hooker outside all hours of the night n breakfast is a community jug of milk that isn't cool especially with the area. Do not stay here if you have kids

− They didn't have a room available so I had to sleep in my car and lost money I shouldn't have. I will NEVER use Booking com again to reserve a hotel.

Though very close to where my venue was, the accomodations were very lacking.
5.0The location was great for my visit at a good cost. The room was clean and neat and housekeepping made sure the towels and soaps were replenished.
− The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but you could smell the smoke as soon as I walked in and there were cigarette burn marks on the bed side tables.The bed was super soft like the mattress had been there for years. The fan on the wall HVAC unit would not shut off and you could not turn the unit completely off. I tried to get heat the first night but it blew cold air, Turned temp way up to damper the coolness of the blowing air. Alerted front desk and they just unplgged the unit. No maintenance on premises on weekends, Second night I plugged back in and tried heat again and it would kick heat on for a couple of minutes then turn cold. Went to check out next morning to get my receipt but waited in lobby 15 minutes and no one came into the office. Breakfast was cereal and bagels, and the one cereal machine would not dispense it.

− Cockroaches, very uncomfortable bed, parking lot was so full of snow piles had a hard time getting in and out and parking. Received attitude when we asked for extra towels. Microwave didn't work the way it's supposed to.

3.0For one night it was convenient. The beds were clean and comfortable
− The bathroom, was not clean. We had a long day, when we checked in we dropped our stuff off in our room , when we got back later we found the tub was dirty, the bathroom as a whole was dirty/ gross . No time to call for it to get clean , went to bed feeling sticky, unclean We had to leave early next day so left without baths or showers Won’t be back
