Good & very bad.
4.0The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean.
− I reserved a room with 2 queen beds & sofa pull out, on the 1st floor. My mother is 83 with braces on her legs & cannot climb stairs. When we checked in they had a room with 2 queen beds on 2nd floor. Stairs only! For my adult son, myself, and my mother!

Great staff, great food, centrally located
10.0Easy parking We have a very large truck and there's plenty of room for us to park in the lot close to our room. Their morning breakfast is amazing! So much better than other places that we have stayed including Jackson area. We will only stay at Best Western
− I didn't like the fact that you do not have an ice machine in each building. It was nice weather while we were there but if it was raining or snowing I'd be rather upset that I'd have to walk across an open parking lot to get to the one and only ice machine.
