Disappointing, to say the least.
5.0The room was lovely. HOWEVER, I requested a bed with a firm mattress to support my back. The bed in the room did NOT meet that request and I ended up sleeping, sort of sleeping, on the couch. The next morning the staff showed me four other rooms but the beds in each of those alternatives were equally unacceptable and I ended up checking out early instead of staying for the originally intended three nights.
− The bed offered NO SUPPORT for someone who needs it for my back. Although an effort was made to show me alternative rooms, none of the other rooms had mattresses that were any better. An enormous disappointment.

− De badkamer was erg verouderd en de knop voor warm en koud oud en dolgedraaid. Personeel was overwegend erg vriendelijk. Ook bij het ontbijt vriendelijke medewerkers die alles constant aanvulde en schoonmaakte. Jammer dat er een dame was die erg honend was en snauwde op een simpele vraag.
