Unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk people. They do you no favors.

− Front desk people were talking smack about customers. My initial room was not cool on a 90+ degree day. I asked for a room with an air conditioner and they offered a fan. I was finally offered another room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I was asked preference for an inside or outside room. I asked for outside. I got inside. The third room finally worked. This is my 2nd stay in a short period of time. It will probably be my last.
