Hotel had nothing wrong, staff should work on their attitude

− Staff always seemed to be busy and as a guest they made you feel like you were annoying asking for something (drinks at the bar, breakfast short to closing time, a table…)
Lovely feel to the communal areas in the hotel. Accommodating staff and excellent location.
9.0An authentic, contemporary feel around the hotel; the dining areas, bar, outside etc. was beautifully and tastefully presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We ate at the hotel twice in the five days we were there, and the food was delicious. Parking at the hotel was easy. Good to have a fridge in the room, as well as a portable fan. TV had necessary outlets to connect our laptop and DVD to it.
− Compared to the rest of the hotel, the bedrooms were a bit 'tired'. The shower didn't seal very well, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

− Muffe kamer. Rook niet fris. Bedden gedateerd. Zakten door. Geen Airco (4 sterren!). Een apparaat in de kamer gezet. Maakte veel herrie, maar koelde niet echt. Open raam noodzakelijk.
