4.0Very poor experience compared to other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at… Missing door knob/large peep hole into the bathroom, several bugs on the floor (looked like baby cockroaches), faucet had a non stop drip, no phone in the room, shower head sprayed water at the joint if you tried to adjust it - but the worst part was that there was a weird hoodie guy that came banging on our door at different times (he didn’t reply through the door when we asked what he wanted, which made it extra creepy). Sketchy area, and did not feel safe here. I didn’t give it one star only bc the beds were clean and seemed ok. Would NOT come back.
