8.0The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms that are well-equipped with sufficient furniture and excellent amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest. The rooms provide ample space to relax, making them suitable for both business and leisure travelers. One of the highlights of the hotel is its impressive breakfast selection. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of options, including traditional local dishes and desserts, European breakfast favorites, Chinese noodles, freshly made roti canai, and an assortment of beverages. The breakfast spread also features the famous Malaysian *teh tarik*, freshly brewed coffee, and a selection of fresh fruits, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel's strategic location in the city centre makes it an ideal choice for travelers. With easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation, guests can conveniently explore the city and make the most of their stay.
− There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The parking area is located quite far from the lobby and is not very convenient, especially for solo travelers with their own vehicles. After parking, guests need to exit the parking area, re-enter the main road, and then return to the hotel compound to access the lobby, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage. The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, could also be improved to provide a more comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, the room service menu has a very limited selection. I was looking forward to ordering Cantonese mee, but it was no longer available on the menu. Expanding the variety of dishes offered would greatly enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
