9.0Great location, nice and quiet, clean & friendly hosts.
− The pool is not included in the booking. It is at a hotel on the same street & costs €20 per person per visit.
We chose the location for the swimming pool but we were VERY disappointed to find out it was a scam.
6.0Good location, Cleaness, 4th day clean service, Good air conditioner, Good kitchen items available, Responsive hoast, Roomy space (2 rooms), Good wi-fi, Small outdoor terrace, Ants inside removed the next day.
− The swimming pool is a scam (the photo and the pool facilities are fake, in fact there is no pool at this location, the photo is from Hotel Leone), No free laundry service, No washing machine in room, No soundproof (we were woken by noisy neighbors at 1 AM), No drying rack, Ants invasion inside, Shower door is transparent and is not closing, No garden access (just a small terrace).

9.0Really well located. Did everything we needed it to for our short break to Sorrento, close by to the main town and to the train centre. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen.
− It was misleading that the details said it had a pool when it didn’t, and using the hotel pool was extra €25.
Not quite as advertised
6.0Close to a good supermarket, great value pizzeria (Pizzeria Rosticceria da Michele), and excellent restaurant (Torna a Surriento).
− There is no swimming pool, although one is advertised. The smaller room for 2 people is nothing like the photos of the adjacent larger room. There is an interleading door between the two options/rooms and you can hear every word and sound from the adjacent room.
