10.0Loved the pools,our room was great with our own plunge pool. Food was nice but the staff were all just so wonderful thats what made our stay great.Also fantastic location near everything.Would definitely stay again.

9.0The mattresses could be changed,as they were a bit lumpy,plus I had to ask for a blanket,as the room was very cold
− Every year I stay at the Mercure,breakfast was always included,but not this year, the cost was $16pp,which when you only want a cup of coffee it would have been very expensive
Great central location with friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

− It would be great to have air conditioning in the lifts and we struggle with getting a chair around the upstairs pool as people go out and get them too early in the morning.
