La struttura è stata accogliente con molti confort

− Ci sono troppe vespe nella zona piscina e anche nella zona fitness

− I servizi inesistenti. Set di asciugamani insufficiente a coprire tutti i giorni. Accessori bagno idem. Pulizia non giornaliera. La colazione indecente. assenza di frigo anche per i prodotti freschi. Qualità dei prodotti pessima. Nonostante avessi la colazione inclusa sono andata soltanto il primo giorno e nei giorni successivi l'ho fatta al bar. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Prezzo per notte ai livello di un hotel 4/5 stelle in alta stagione.

Ambiente tranquillo, aiuole sistemate e pulite

− Accoglienza fredda, al check in mi riceve una ragazza che con fare sbrigativo mi elenca le varie istruzioni poi mi porge il poss e mi dice di pagare, all'affermazione mia di rimanere 4 notti e se ci fosse un servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani mi risponde testuali parole: se mi dai qualcosa in più si può fare, io attonito gli rispondo che il prezzo equivale a un hotel di 4/5 stelle e pensavo che i servizi giornalieri erano inclusi lei mi risponde che siamo a Livorno, entro nella casetta e ritorno agli anni 80 con letto in ferrobattuto tipo della nonna e trapuntino floreale mi giro intorno e devo dire che e' tutto pulito ma poi penso che dovrò sopravvicere a questa pulizia per altri 4 giorni o fare da me visto che ti offrono scopettone e secchi per la differenziata, L'indomani colazione con materia prima scadente comprata al supermercato li vicino cornetti secchi e succo di arancia annacquato consumata in un gazzebbo prefabbricato, servizi ovviamente inesistenti se non con obolo non compreso nel prezzo iniziale, pur di non dare soddisfazione alla struttura mi sono munito di set di asciugamani comprati privatamente e consumato la mia colazione in un bar sul lungomare

Lovely setting, aprt needs modernisation

The area is beautiful, in the countryside so very little traffic and the gardens and grounds are well looked after. The staff in the restaurant were also lovely, friendly and attentive. We had some issues with the workings of the apartment but these were resolved a soon as they could be which was appreciated. There was always loungers and umbrellas available at the pool for the whole family and the outside gym and toilet facility was kept clean and tidy. We liked having the ping pong table and hammocks outside.

− The apartment is pretty basic, and in need of some modernisation, some things did not work and had to get replaced and eventually we were moved. The kitchenette does not have an oven, toaster etc and only butter knives so impossible to cut bread or prepare meals which is necessary if self catering. The onsite restaurant is only open at weekends and the nearest restaurants for during the week are not within walking distance in the heat. The seating area provided for meals outside is not directly connected to the accommodation which meant we couldnt really enjoy sitting outside to eat without bringing bags of food and utensils etc up and down stairs. The pool was warm water (which some might prefer) and too shallow to dive into which was disappointing for my young son.

− Der Pool war milchig und warm wie eine Badewanne - Erfrischung Fehlanzeige. Die Raffinerie und der Hafen in Livorno sind in Sicht- und Riechweite. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Einflugschneise des Aeroporto di Pisa. Ausstattung sehr dürftig, Dusche schön und neu gefliest, jedoch die Armaturen machen den Anschein 50 Jahre alt zu sein. Abends ist es aufgrund der Bar auf dem Gelände gern etwas lauter. Für die Durchreise gerade noch ok, Daueraufenthalt - nein danke.
