5.0The lady on duty was new , but very helpful,
− We could never get the tv to play (2-3)hrs. They did switch our rooms. Worst was we've unpacked . All n all tv isn't the bad thing , more the move.. all n all its ok , place to rest you head.
It was serviceable but not all that pleasant

− hallways dirty and service area dirty. no elevator. no water cups available in room. Breakfast okay but not great.

6.0The beds were like sleeping in clouds!!
− No elevator. I’m 8 months pregnant that came for a weekend baseball tournament with just kids and couldnt get our cooler up the steps without help from a stranger.. also the pool had bugs in it! I will post pictures of that on the site. Not much of a breakfast.
Very clean, comfy beds, and nice pool, but limited breakfast items.

Not what I expected from the Hilton name for the price I paid.
