8.0Swimming pool wonderful as always, although the sauna looked a little tired I thought. Staff attentive and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Love the garden and surrounding areas for lovely walks.
− Service at breakfast got into a muddle and I had finished my food before being served the drink I had ordered. I think it would be good if the TVs had some extra channels like Netflix or amazon prime etc. However we enjoyed borrowing a dvd from reception one evening. Food very pricey so chose to eat elsewhere for the most part.
The whole is just a little tired. With 70 ish rooms, that is big capacity for the village location. This sort of hotel n
5.0Location was quiet out of Rye town. No road noise, nice grounds. Nice pool, seemed clean and of good size.
− The whole hotel just a little tired throughout. Windows in room needed painting. Shower was very outdated.
Amazing hotel, a short drive to Rye town and Camber Sands Beach
10.0Always enjoy our stay at Flackley Ash. The hotel is beautiful, it’s super dog friendly and offers incredible food. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and we have always had a clean room and a pleasant stay. It’s a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to Rye Town so lots to explore in the area - we also went to Jempsons for the first time which is down the road from the hotel and is brilliant to buy anything you may have missed packing. We have stayed 3 times now and will never stay anywhere else.
Overall lovely stay. Lovely breakfast.
