Disappointing stay due to room conditions
1.0The hotel’s location is the only positive thing I can mention. It’s conveniently situated near many of the country’s most famous landmarks, making sightseeing easy and convenient.
− Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. The room was infested with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them, and I ended up getting bitten multiple times and in the end, transferring to a different hotel. I reported this to the front desk and requested that the room be cleaned and sprayed with mosquito repellent. However, when I returned later, the mosquitoes were still everywhere, which made me feel that the request was not properly addressed. In addition to this, the room itself was dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the air conditioning was very slow and took a long time before the room cooled down. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and effective response from staff significantly affected my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the room conditions for future guests.
