Luxury, comfort, and relaxation - Superb!
10.0The room was very good, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The hotel also accommodates day trips to Bandung tourist attractions; highly recommended.

− Nothing. Excellent Western-style hotel. Great rooms, dining area and lobby.
Overall it’s good, I don’t think it’s maintained appropriately. I wouldn’t go back there again after that experience.

− We had a leak in my mums room and phone service wasn’t working. They eventually fixed it but I spent a lot of time just trying to deal with it all. Ruin our outing day.
