10.0Would have known ahead my room was a smoking room... i dont smoke.. so a non smoking room would have been better but over all great hotel

6.0主人と娘と3人で宿泊しました 2名分で用意がしてあったのか歯ブラシやタオルが3セットなくて困りましたが届けてもらいました夜寝る時に布団もないことに気がつきましたが遅かったのでガウンをかけたらエアコンを暖かくしたりして調整しました 換気扇がうるさくて寝れなくて消せば音が静かになるのも朝に気がつきました いろんなことありましたがまた泊まろうと思いました スタッフの方はとても親切でした
