5.0Personale gentilissimo, posizione ottima vista la vicinanza alla metro, quartiere molto popolare quindi frequentato e percepito come buono in termini di sicurezza. Silenzio e tranquillità, ottimo per riposare la notte. Gentilmente ti tengono anche le valigie dopo il check out, a titolo gratuito
− Camere abbastanza pulite ma senza manutenzione (la nostra aveva una perdita di acqua importante sul muro fra la camera ed il bagno) e senz'altro da rinnovare: materassi a molle scomodi, bagno vecchissimo, piatto doccia scivoloso, scalino per uscire ancora più scivoloso, anche perchè l'acqua non defluiva bene e sommergeva appunto lo scalino di uscita; l'acqua non andava via nemmeno dal bidet. Scarsa illuminazione in camera, direi pessima. L'ascensore c'è ma in realtà è un montacarichi, e ti consigliano di caricarci solo le valigie. Estintori messi dietro a dei vasi, uscita di emergenza parzialmente occupata da un'inutile statua in resina. Sinceramente non so come fa ad avere 3 stelle

− Camere un pò vecchie, pulite ma forse serve fare interventi di rinnovamento. Manca ascensore perciò l'accessibilità è limitata e complicata per persone con ridotta mobilità.
