Estupenda zona de Medellín pero poca luz natural y ventilación en habitación.
8.0La ubicación en el barrio de Laureles. El hotel en sí muy bien. Buffet libre desayuno muy bueno salvo la fruta que los 3 días no nos pareció de lo mejor. El baño muy cómodo y agradable con agua caliente incluso y artículos de aseo. Aire acondicionado. Recepción 24h. Televisión smartTV. Las vistas del salón de buffet libre al ser un séptimo sí que valían la pena como en la última foto que adjunto.
− Reservamos un tipo de habitación que por las fotos parecía exterior pero al darnos la habitación las ventanas daban a una pared de un diminuto patio interior, nada de luz natural durante el día pero como estuvimos fuera siempre tampoco nos importó mucho. Y eso que la habitación estaba en la 4 planta, no nos imaginamos los de las plantas inferiores. Por ello tampoco habia buena ventilación y siempre que entrábamos olía a cuarto encerrado y siendo 3 personas pues más aún. No daban más que una llave siendo 3 personas pero por lo menos podíamos dejar la llave en recepción por si cada uno hacía un plan. El primer día encontramos un pequeño gusano en una de las camas.

− No nos dejaban pagar con tarjeta decian que por problemas. Nos dieron una habitación que tenia una ventana rota, pedimos el cambio y nos tuvimos que separar de a 2 . En habitaciones que daban a una calle super ruidosa toda la noche. Imposible dormir.
