6.0The hot water on the basin was not working. One of the shower panel was missing. We hung NOT DISTURB but they cleaned the room. No filtered water jug in the fridge. Noisy due to the stairs creaking because the family room was beliw ground. Breakfast was very limited and most disappoiinted that coffee (except for instant) needed to be paid separately, I would definitely not promote "Breakfast included" with this standard.

Great start to my holiday
8.0Fantastic welcome to a heritage hotel. Easy access for my wife, who is on crutches,however parking was a bit of an issue. Room was large,but a bit noisy, breakfast great, try the yoghurt.
