The hotel room wide and the staff very polite and cooperative. Breakfast is very wide rage an really good

− Parking is slightly narrow but it is ok in general

Staff were not nice, rooms super small and the smell was bad.

− Nous étions deux personnes, nous avons demandé deux cartes car mon père voulait rester dans la chambre pour dormir sauf que si on retire la carte, il n’y a plus la clim, ils m’ont dit que normalement il donnait pas de carte et qu’ils allaient me les donner plus tard, j’ai attendu et je suis retourné plusieurs fois à la réception et à chaque fois on me disait qu’il fallait encore attendre. Finalement j’ai lâché l’affaire. L’hygiène de la chambre n’était pas au rendez-vous. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur le lavabo et la salle de bain n’était pas très propre. Très compliqué aussi de se garer.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. We arrived very late at night with our young children, and the team made sure our check-in was incredibly quick and efficient so we could get to our room without any delay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference after a long journey. A special thank you to Manaa at reception. He was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, considerate, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even arranged for an electrical adaptor in the middle of the night so we could charge our phones. His professionalism and hospitality are outstanding—he is truly a master of his trade and a real credit to the hotel. The room was excellent: spacious, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds that ensured we all had a great night’s sleep. Early the next morning, the hotel delivered an excellent breakfast to our room right on time, which was perfect for our early departure. They also arranged transport to the airport at a very reasonable price, making our journey completely stress-free. The location is another major advantage—only around 10 minutes from both Tunis Airport and the city centre, making it ideal whether you’re travelling for business or with family. Thank you to everyone at Business Hotel for your exceptional hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis.
