2.0I had $800 cash stolen from my locker and hotel management did not do anything about it. Also me and my mom got infected the second day of the stay. The place is poorly cleaned. Very dissatisfied.

8.01. Liked the location, the food, the fitness activities, the room size (suite), some staff friendliness. 2. Disliked that almost no staff speaks English (very Russian-focused resort), disliked that all suites face the disco - banging music until 11:30pm. Amount of plastic is also disappointing - plastic straws, paper napkins wrapped in plastic (if it’s a COVID measure - why there are bunch of napkins that are not
