− La struttura era lontana dal paese. Indispensabile avere l'auto per fare la spesa e trovare un po' di vita. La tv non funzionava, la macchinetta del caffè era inutilizzabile, il portone del cortile non si chiudeva a chiave con il rischio che chiunque potesse entrare, alcune lampadine erano fulminate, la lavatrice , pur essendo funzionante, era ricoperta di ruggine. Pur avendo segnalato queste mancanze, non c'è stato alcun intervento in proposito. C'è stato indicato solo di fare reclamo.

C'è di molto meglio ad un prezzo inferiore
3.0La posizione a 200 metri dal mare e il parcheggio auto privato.
− Nell'inserzione si parla di appartamento in seminterrato mentre invece era totalmente sotto terra. Per tutto il periodo, una settimana, senza tv funzionante, non sono stati in grado di ripararla. La cucina è collocata in una stanza aperta su un lato verso l'esterno, tanto che di notte abbiamo trovato gironzolarci un gatto randagio. Il frigo invece della cucina è posizionato in camera. Mancano alcune stoviglie indispensabili (padella grande, insalatiera). Manca un forno per cuocere o riscaldare le pietanze. Malgrado la segnalazione delle problematiche l'agenzia ha "nicchiato".
