8.0This property is in dire need of a refresh, but this is correctly reflected in the room rate. The property is clean and beds were comfortable. It's a minimalist property so keep your expectations in the appropriate range, but as a reasonably priced option, this place does the trick.

4.0Need better lock out system, I waited outside for over an hour in the cold due to being locked out of the hall door, emergency contact or on call should be in place, bed is outdated and uncomfortable, door lock is broken, and shower stall door doesn’t fully close.

4.0When I check in I receive my statement and a note stated the room was renovated. Upon entering the room I gather the room was renovated in the mid to late seventies.
