10.0We had an incredible stay at Serra Nova hotel. The location is perfect in the small town just minutes from Cajamarca. You can pay 80 cents to take a van into town just steps from where the hotel is located. The Inca Baths are about a four minute walk from the front door of the hotel and if you want to eat outside o of the hotel, there is an incredible restaurant called Villa Rica just around the corner. The food was some of the best that we had in Peru. The staff at Serra Nova are extremely accommodating and very welcoming. You won't regret a stay at Serra Nova!

8.0The room was spacious enough, comfortable and clean; minor complaint: the carpet was shabby and could use replacing. The staff, especially Ms. Clara, was wonderful and did all she could to make our stay comfortable. The Hostal suffered from low water pressure during our stay, but I think this is an issue throughout Baños and should be addressed by municipal authorities.

Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person.
